My mom and I visited the new Tecovas store in Green Hills Mall yesterday to shop for her birthday. Upon arriving, every sales person was with a client, helping them try on boots. When Christian freed up, he assisted my mom in finding her perfect pair (which she tried on like 5 different pairs)! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and even helped me get my 5th pair of boots! He even set up for her boots to get branded with her initials. Overall this was one of my best experiences with Tecovas, usually I shop at the store at Fifth + Broadway in Nashville, but this new store and the people who work in it are absolutely fabulous! P.S, should I get a job there part time? 🤔😝

came in with my best friend emily and jack helped us with picking out our boots he was very attentive and very helpful with the whole experience offered us drinks and did a very good job once we paid cat helped us with our boots and branding she did such a good job they both were very delightful and very charismatic we loved them both from start to finish will definitely be back to buy more boots xoxo

I just visited the new Tecovas store which is located inside the Mall at Green Hills in Nashville. What a great store with some of the friendliest staff anywhere. I took 7 pairs of Tecovas in to get their complimentary branding done and a young lady named Anne did a wonderful job. She was so friendly and cheerful and obviously enjoyed working in the Tecovas store. While she was branding my other boots I ended up buying another pair in the collegiate colors (Alabama-Roll Tide) and Anne expertly branded “Roll Tide” in the shafts for me. So if you’re in the market for some boots or other western clothing, hats or other accessories do yourself a favor and visit the Tecovas store in the Mall at Green Hills in Nashville. You’ll be glad you did!

I wish I could give this store 6 stars The customer service at this store is top notch. I used to only shop tecovas online but this store has made me want to come in. Also, Ryan absolutely crushed the branding for my wedding boots. I’m recommending Tecovas to everyone!

Tecovas was founded in Austin, TX so imagine my pleasant surprise when I stumbled upon this location in Nashville’s Green Hills Mall. This tried-and-true boutique brand did not disappoint! The price point is steep, but the leather is nothing short of durable yet luxe! Upon walking in, I was pleasantly greeted by Jenna. She was attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about The Annie, my boot of choice! Following my purchase, she escorted me to Kennedy who patiently helped me decide what I wanted branded on my boots. Kennedy is detail-oriented! She outlines what you think you’d like in chalk so that you can explore the various brands before committing. After over 5 variations, I simply decided on my initials. I plan to purchase another pair soon to take advantage of Kennedy’s steady hand and creativity! Both ladies were not only professional but personable! If you’re looking for an experience, visit the Tecovas team here in Green Hills Mall!

Listen….when I tell you that this place has it right when it comes to customer service, they have it RIGHT! My husband wanted a pair of boots from Tecovas. We both had never been so while we were in Nashville for the holiday we said we would stop in and look. I’ll be honest, I was hesitant because I know nothing about boots and I didn’t think they would be welcoming to people who are not normally boot wearers. I was wrong. We were greeted numerous times and met Chase. Chase is an EXCEPTIONAL person. She was soooo patient and kind and explained in detail how a boot should fit. She took the time to get multiple sizes for my husband. After all of that my husband decides he wants to think about it. She was so encouraging and said thank you for coming in. Well we walked around the mall and he kept thinking about the boots. We ended up going back and found Chase. We told her we wanted to look at another style. Again, she was super patient and kind…mind you it’s Black Friday and this place is packed. While Chase is getting the new sizes another sales associate comes to us and asks if we want a drink…beer, water etc…I was like really??!?? She says yes of course! Well, we finally settled on a pair for hubby. We pay and leave just so happy with our first Tecovas experience. Oh and later on when we got back to our hotel….i ordered myself a pair (it was great sale). We both will be going to the Tecovas in Atlanta to get them branded. Anyhoo, a big shout out to Chase at this location for making our experience phenomenal and a big shout out to Tecovas for great customer service and a great environment to shop. You have two new customers for life!

Love this location!! Chase and Ross were SUPER helpful! Chase was so patient and offered great advice as she brought out different boots and helped me figure out my size and style! Highly recommend asking for them when you go in. Everything you hear about the "Tecovas experience" I found to be true, and will definitely be going back when it's time for a cleaning or my next pair!

I had no clue what to look for in a pair of boots, and the entire team made the process so easy and fun. From the friendly associate who helped me learn about styles, fit, and sizing, to the gentleman who helped me literally pull off my boots 🤣, every single person went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Cat, who hand-branded my boots and made them one-of-a-kind — it was such a special touch! My friend and I left feeling so taken care of and excited about our purchases. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I can’t wait to stop by again on my next trip to Nashville.
